   If for any reason, your order does not live up to your expectations, one or all items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date, excluding Clearance items.


    If you wish to make a return, please contact us via email ([email protected]) with a screenshot of your receipt, a picture of the item (if necessary), and a brief description of the reason for the request.       

    After return request has been approved, products must be returned in the original packaging and condition.  If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the safely retuned merchandise.

In-Store Returns:

 You may also return in-store with a copy of your purchase receipt, at the above address during business hours.  Monday-Saturday 9:30AM to 5PM and Sunday 11AM to 4PM. 


*In-store returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
